Instructions
METHOD:
1.In a large, deep pot or sauce pan, fry the onions for a few minutes until starting to brown. then add the peppers and fry for a further few minutes.
2.Add in the puree, along with the dry pasta, cajun seasoning. salt. pepper. crushed stock cube and boiling water. Mix everything and bring it to a boil, then turn to a simmer for around 15 minutes, stirring regularly. 3.While the pasta is cooking. season the salmon with some extra cajun spice. salt and pepper. Place it in the airfryer for 12 minutes at 200c.
4.After the pasta has been cooking for 15 minutes, check that it is cooked (if not. just keep it simmering for a bit longer- add more water if it becomes too dry) Once the pasta is cooked. add the Philadelphia and mix until melted. Plate the pasta between top with the salmon fillets (I remove the skin) and sprinkle with some optional parmesan.
