Ingrédients

3 oz extra-virgin olive oil

2 large onions, small dice

4 oz fresh chopped garlic

Six number 10 cans Alta Cucina tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups fresh chopped basil

Instructions

Heat olive oil and sweat, garlic and onions seasoned salt and pepper. Add six cans of Alta Cucina tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Let cook down and reduce by 1/3 and Burmax to consistency. Add chop basil when cooled adjust seasoning.

Notes

Do not stir. Tomatoes will float and liquid will reduce. Low medium heat
