1 cup nuts

1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates

1 1/2 cups roasted pistachios

Melted chocolate to coat

Instructions

Process dates and nuts until the nougat “crust” is formed, then press onto a mold of choice. Blend roasted pistachios on high until butter is formed and pour over. Let it set in the fridge for an hour and then coat in chocolate!
