This was SO good and SO easy to make, anything halloumi or Nando’s is my absolute faveeeee😮💨⁣

Ingredients to serve 2: ⁣

2 chicken breasts ⁣

100g lighter halloumi ⁣

20g honey ⁣

4tbsp nandos peri peri sauce⁣

Paprika, garlic powder⁣

To serve: 1 pack microwave peri peri rice (I used the @tilda one which I loveee) and rocket ⁣

Cut some slits in the chicken lengthways and slice up the halloumi ⁣

Season the chicken with the paprika and garlic powder ⁣

Instructions

Add the halloumi into the slits in the chicken ⁣

Mix together the nandos sauce and homey & spread over the chicken ⁣

Airfry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked through and golden ⁣
