Egg, Hash Browns and Sausage Casserole (Nancy Thomas)

Ingrédients

1 lb. regular sausage

1 lb. hot sausage

1 ½ -2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (I use a lot)

15 ounce hash browns (½ pkg.)

10 eggs

1 ½ cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook sausage until brown.

Grease large casserole dish and place in bottom of it with hash browns.

Then add the sausage and then the cheese.

Pour over the egg and milk mixture.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

(Mine took about 1 hour).
