Barbecue Rub

Ingrédients

1/4 cup coarse salt

1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/4 cup sweet paprika

2 tablespoons pepper

Instructions

Combine the salt, brown sugar, paprika, and pepper in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to mix. The rub will keep in a cool, dry place for 6 months.
