Peanut Butter Raspberry Cups

1 cup white baking chips, melted

3/4 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter Spread

6 tablespoons raspberry jam

Line muffin tin with 6 paper liners.

In small bowl, combine melted white baking chips and peanut butter spread until smooth.

Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Top each with 1 tablespoon jam. Cover jam with 1 tablespoon peanut butter spread mixture and smooth tops.

(4 of 4)

Chill 30 minutes or until peanut butter spread has hardened. Remove peanut butter cups from liners.
