Oven Roasted Potatoes

2 pound small red potatoes cut into wedges with skin on
2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Place in a 13 x 9” baking dish and drizzle oil over. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
