1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers (if using) and place them on the grill.
Grill the chicken for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
