•Assorted sautéed vegetables (spinach, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms)

•Fried egg

•Optional: sliced beef or tofu

Gochujang Sauce:

•2 tbsp gochujang

•1 tbsp sesame oil

•1 tbsp sugar or honey

•1 tbsp water

•1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions:

1.Arrange rice and toppings in a bowl.

2.Drizzle gochujang sauce.

3.Mix everything before eating.
