High Protein Cherry Ice Cream

Ingrédients

2 cups fresh dark cherries, pitted

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2-4 pitted dates

1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Freeze the cherries first.

Pit the cherries and freeze them on a baking sheet for 2–4 hours (or overnight).

Blend the cottage cheese & yogurt until completely smooth.

Add dates, vanilla, salt, and 1/2 of the frozen cherries and blend until thick and creamy.

Chop up remaining frozen cherries

Add frozen cherries and chocolate chips to blended mixture

Freeze in a half sheet - after 1 hour, slice into bars
