Poached Salmon

Salmon
1/2 cup white wine
Lemon
Sour cream
Mayo
Dill
Instructions
Place foil in a 9 x 9” pan
Place salmon, lemon, and wine on top of foil. Fold foil around the salmon.
Put water in the pan around the foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Chill.
Mixed together, the sour cream, mayo and dill and spread over the salmon.
