Ingrédients

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 egg

1 tbsp pudding mix or cornstarch

Sweetener to taste

Fruit for topping

Instructions

Mix everything but the fruit together until smooth. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Let cool and top how you like.
