Hot Maple Roasted Carrots

Ingrédients

1lb large carrots

4 tablespoon neutral oil

1/2 tsp salt

3 tosp pure maple syrup

1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped

Black pepper to taste

Hot Maple glaze:

1 tsp Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

3 tbsp maple syrup

Garnish:

2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Peel the carrots, trim off the ends, and cut in half lengthwise or in thirds. Place the carrots in a large roasting pan or dish. Toss the carrots in maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme.

Roast for 40 minutes. Turn the carrots a couple of time throughout . Roast until the carrots are fork tender.

In a small bowl, combine the gochujang and maple syrup. Mix well. Pour over the roasted carrots, garnish with everything bagel season and Devour!
