Garlic Parm Chicken Skewers

Ingrédients

1 lb chicken tenderloins, cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp each: salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder

Sauce:

4 tbsp salted butter

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp red chili flakes

ÂĽ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Toss the cubed chicken with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Thread the chicken onto skewers, ensuring they fit your air fryer.

Air fry at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and red chili flakes, cooking until fragrant.

Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Brush the garlic Parmesan sauce over the cooked skewers before serving.
