Instructions

1 cup of coconut milk and pour it into the blender.
2.
1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) to the blender.
3.
Peel the medium banana and break it into chunks before adding it to the blender.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder and add it to the blender.
5.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into the blender.

Wash 1 cup of spinach thoroughly under cold water and add it to the blender.
