Ingrédients

1 strand egg noodle

2 eggs

2 tbsp oil

100g beef

1 tbsp chili pepper, any

1 tbsp garlic

1 cup bean sprout

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chili powder

A pinch of salt

Marinate sauce:

1 tsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp cornstarch

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Marinate the beef with the marination sauce and let it sit for 5-10 minutes

Boil the noodle in boiling water for 2 minutes, and run it through cold water immediately, let it dry and set aside

Use a pan, grease with oil and scramble the eggs and set aside

Use the same pan grease with oil, and add beef, spread out and let it cook for at least 2-3 minutes, until browning, and flip wait for another 2-3 minutes.

When beef has browned, add in chili pepper and garlic, vegetable, noodles.

Add in dark soy sauce onto the noodle for coloring, soy sauce for flavor, chili powder and salt.

Mix well once all strains are coated dark and brown, serve when hot
