Steak Stroganoff

4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Boneless beef round steak
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
2 (9 oz) jars mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Instructions
Combine flour, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Cut meat into strips. Place in flour mixture and toss until well coated. Combine mushroom soup, water, and soup mix. Stir until well blended in crock pot. Add coated meat strips to crock pot. Cook on low for 6 - 7 hours. Stir in mushrooms, sour cream, and parsley. Cover and cook on high for 10 - 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with noodles or rice.
