Cast Iron Bread On The Grill

1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
~ 1 cup warm water, ~105 degrees
2 cups flour
Instructions
Bloom the yeast.
Pour in couple tablespoons of the water in the sugar and dissolve. Add the yeast and stir. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes until it blooms.
Add salt and oil to flour and stir lightly. Add the yeast and add water a little bit at a time. Mix with fork until it comes together. Add a little flour and knead with hands a few times.
Cover and let rise for about an hour.
Pour onto floured surface and fold over into itself a few times (don’t over knead). Grease cast iron loaf pan. Shape dough into loaf size and place in loaf pan and let rise another 45-60 min. Slice the top.
Bake on 400 degree grill, about 30-35 min, brush on melted butter for the last few min
