Panko Breadcrumb Topping

Ingrédients

1 cup panko crumbs

3 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon parsley

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the Panko and any chosen spices if desired.

Once mixed, pour the butter on top of the Panko mixture and mix gently until well combined.

Use as a crispy topping on top of casseroles and mac and cheese. Top the casserole with the Panko then bake until crispy on top, usually around 20 minutes or so.
