Steak & Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingrédients

2 steaks - seasoned

20g butter

130g spaghetti

60g butter

1/2 onion

3 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper

40g Parmesan

Pasta water

Fresh parsley

pop the spaghetti on to boil.

Instructions

add the butter to a pan and then add the onions and soften, add the garlic and leave for a couple of minutes.

meanwhile get the steak cooked, add the 20g of butter to a hot pan, then add the seasoned steaks. Sear on both sides for 1 minute, then cook as per the packaging for how you like your steak cooked.

to the sauce, stir in the seasoning and Parmesan then loosen with some pasta water, this should make the sauce go glossy

drain the pasta, but leave a little more pasta water in the bottom of the pan. Then add this to the sauce and stir until coated in the sauce, if it needs to be thickened again - just increase the heat for a couple of minutes.

finish with stirring in some fresh parsley
