3 pounds beef shank
12 cups of water
4 cups tomato juice
2/3 cups coarsely, chopped onions
2 tablespoons of salt
4 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4 bay leaves
2 cups celery
2 cups carrots
2 cups potatoes
2 cups cabbage
2 jars of tomatoes
Instructions
Brown, the beef shank. Add the water, tomato juice, onion, salt, Worcestershire, chili powder, and bay leaves. Cover and simmer for two hours. And the rest of the ingredients in simmer for another hour.
