Wise Men Trifle

Ingrédients

2 (10 oz) angel food cakes or sponge cakes

Strawberry jam

20 oz frozen strawberries

1 tsp cornstarch

2 large instant vanilla puddings

2 cups whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup orange juice

Instructions

Slice angel food cake thinly. Spread jam on slices and make sandwiches. Prepare pudding and let set. Thaw strawberries; heat with cornstarch to boil 1 min. Cool.

Whip cream with vanilla and sugar until stiff.

Layer in a bowl: half the sandwiches, 1/2 cup orange juice, half of strawberries, half of pudding, and half of cream. Repeat layers. Set overnight if desired.

Notes

Set overnight for best results.
