Green Chutney

1/2 green capsicum
2-3 green hot chillies
1-2 tb spoon raw peanuts
2 big cup of coriander
1 small Raw nam doc Mango
1 tsp lemon
Salt to taste
1 tsp Jaggery
1 tsp cumin seeds
Instructions
Grind peanuts
Add other ingredients and grind to desired consistency
Notes
if you like spicy or thick consistency add more chillies
If you like you can leave it bit chunkier as well) grind peanut first
I like to use raw mango with skin when in season to give it a thickness and sourness, if I don't find raw mango just use lemon
Lemon is there to keep vibrant colour as well.
