Ingrédients

1 1/2 cups White Lily Self-Rising Flour, plus more as needed

1 cup plain Greek yogurt, cold

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and cold yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.

Turn out onto a floured surface and gently knead into a ball. Add more flour as needed until no longer sticky.

Divide into 8 dough balls and place onto a greased cast iron skillet or sheet pan. Cut a small slit on the tops of the rolls.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter, if you’d like.
