For the Dough:

3 cups bread flour (360g)

2 tbsp sugar (30g)

2 tsp instant yeast (6g)

1 tsp salt (5g)

1 large egg

½ cup warm milk (120ml)

¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (60ml)

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened (55g)

Tangzhong (from above)

For Brushing:

2 tbsp milk (for before baking)

1 tbsp melted butter + 1 tsp honey (for after baking)
