Nana's Apple Pancakes

½ (or ¾ ) Cup of Sugar
3 Cups of Flour
2 Tbsp of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Salt
Milk (or water)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Apples (grated)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients well
Add enough milk to thicken the batter
Add Eggs & Olive Oil
Mix well to thin batter
Add Apples
Coat pan with oil / non-stick
Fry in a hot skillet - adjust temperature as needed
