Ingrédients

Pear Vinegar

2 ripe pears, chopped

3 T fresh tarragon

1 1/2 c white wine

Combine, crush fruit, cover for 10 - 14 days, strain, store in cool, dark place.

For pear vinaigrette, whisk in oil, sugar & S & P to taste.
