1 lb ground chicken
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. I like to use my hands. Don't overwork the meat mixture.
Roll into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
