Real Spaghetti Sauce

2 baskets or 8 quarts of tomato juice
16 large onions
16 sweet peppers, red
2 hot peppers
2 large bunches of celery
2 cups of salad oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salt
6 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Cook and strain tomatoes. Grind other ingredients. Add two tomato juice. Cook for about three hours. Seal hot.
