Homemade Baileys for Christmas

Ingrédients

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk (or more cream for richer texture)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup Irish whiskey

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon instant coffee

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, add the heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, vanilla, and optional cocoa or cinnamon.

Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.

Add the whiskey and blend again just until combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness or strength.

Pour into clean bottles and chill at least 4 hours so the flavor deepens.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 months. Shake before serving.
