Ingrédients

4 tsp vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup mayonnaise

20 oz finely shredded cabbage

1/4 cup finely chopped carrots

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Add the mayonnaise to the mixture and whisk until smooth and fully combined.

3. Stir in the shredded cabbage and chopped carrots until evenly coated with the dressing.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
