8 cups whole milk
1/2 cup yogurt
Instructions
Heat milk to 180 degrees F while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool to 110 degrees. Stir in yogurt until well combined.cover pot and allow to sit undisturbed for 6-12 hours at a constant temperature between 100-110 degrees. (I did this by putting mine on warm in my crockpot) Once firmed up, line strainer with cheesecloth and set over bowl allowing the yogurt and whey to separate for at least 6 hours. Transfer to a container.
