What I used:

40g chia seeds

100g Chobani light Greek yogurt

150g frozen raspberries or fresh

50ml extra light milk

Instructions

Mix everything together and you can eat it straight away but for the best thick, creamy consistency leave it in the fridge overnight!

This recipe gives you 20g of protein but if you want even more just add a scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder and it still stays low calorie and high volume.
