Jimbo’s Totally Excellent Buttermilk Pie

• temps total: 40-45 minutes

Ingrédients

3 eggs

1 ½ cups sugar

1 Tbsp flour

1 Tbsp vanilla

¾ cup buttermilk

Pinch of salt

1 stick butter, melted or softened

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use regular pie shell. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and salt well. Then add vanilla, butter, and buttermilk. Pour into shell and bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

This pie is so good and don’t forget to add homemade whipping cream.
