Broccoli Beef With Noodles

Ingrédients

For the beef: (marinate)

1 lb top sirloin, thinly cut

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tsp avocado oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

For the sauce:

1/2 cup chicken stock (or beef stock)

2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoon dark soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar (or white sugar)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Stir-fry

1 head broccoli , cut to bite-size floret

1 tablespoon avocado oil

3 garlic cloves , minced

2 teaspoons ginger , minced

8oz dry Protein spaghetti pasta

Instructions

Slice the beef against the grain into 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick slices. Transfer to a medium bowl. And marinate with the ingredients listed under the marinade section for 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a measuring cup and set aside.

On high heat, add 1/4 cup water, the broccoli, and steam for 1 minute. Then set aside

Then in a pan on high heat add 1 tbsp avocado oil and spread the steak in a single layer. Allow to cook without touching for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom side is browned. Flip and stir fry for 30 more seconds.

Add back the broccoli with garlic and ginger stir fry for 2-3 mins then add the PASTA and the sauce - make sure to stir sauce first before adding it!

Cook for 3-4 more mins or until sauce is thickened and coating noodles.

Serve and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
