Recipe:

Slice a boneless pork butt into chunks.

If you like to use a binder, cover with avocado oil, then rub it with a Mexican style bbq rub.

Smoke it indirect at 300F until reaching 170F internal or until the bark looks good.

Transfer the meat chunks to a foil tray for braising and add in 3 large oranges squeezed, 2 Mexican coca-colas, and 4 bay leaves.

Cover it up with foil and place it back on smoker until reaching 207F.

Rest while still covered for 30 minutes, then break the meat apart and enjoy.
