Sesame Udon Noodles

100g Mince Chicken (any mince, sausage meat or crumbled tofu)
1 Tsp Sichuan Powder (or 5 spice)
1 Packet Udon
Sauce:
2 Tsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Black Vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sesame Paste (tahini)
1 Tbsp Chilli Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, grated
Spring onions and sesame seeds on top (optional)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a jug and add enough water to make it to 200ml.
In a hot pan add in the chicken mince and Sichuan powder, cook for 5 mins or until crispy.
Add in the sauce and the udon, cover with a lid and allow to cook for 3 mins. Once the noodles are softened toss them in the sauce.
Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy xx
