Peanut Butter Cup Cottage Cheese Mousse

Ingrédients

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for best creaminess)

2 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)

2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

2–3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

1 tsp vanilla extract

2–4 tbsp milk (as needed)

Pinch of salt

Optional:

2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (for richer flavor)

Mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts for topping

Instructions

Blend Cottage Cheese:

Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy (no lumps).

Add Flavors:

Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully combined.

Adjust Texture:

Add milk gradually (1 tbsp at a time) and blend until you get a thick, silky mousse consistency.

Boost Flavor (Optional):

For a true “peanut butter cup” taste, blend in melted dark chocolate or swirl it in after blending.

Chill:

Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to thicken and enhance flavor.

Serving Suggestions

Top with chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter. Serve chilled as a healthy dessert or high-protein snack.
