Pressure Cooker Gizzards

2 lbs Gizzards
1 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Clean gizzard to remove any yellow skin.
2. Place all ingrediencies into the pressure cooker. Salt and pepper.
3. Close and lock cooker. Cook 45minutes on high pressure. After cooking time is complete perform a quick pressure release.
4. Remove from pot with a slotted spoon and enjoy.
