Chicken And Wild Rice

6 pounds chicken
1 cup of water
1 1/2 cups of wine
1 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 cups sliced celery
1 pound mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1 packages of uncle Ben’s wild rice mixture
1 cup sour cream
1 can of mushroom soup
Instructions
Bring the chicken, water, wine, salt, curry powder, onion, and celery to a boil cook and simmer for one hour. Strain and save some broth.
Sauté mushrooms and butter. Debone chicken and cut up. Prepare the rice according to the package using wine broth instead of water. Blend soup and sour cream. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
