Cajun Shrimp Toast

Any bag of Raw Shrimp
1 can Lump Crab Meat
1/2 cup Hellmans Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 cups shredded Mozzarella
2 cups shredded Parmesan
2 Tbsp Garlic paste or garlic chopped or roasted
Green Onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Tony’s Creole seasoning
1tsp Garlic salt
1 French baguette sliced into 1inch slices
Parsley Optional
Paprika for sprinkling
Instructions
1. Thaw out shrimp and cut into bite sized pieces
2. Season Shrimp with all seasoning listed to liking
3. Sauté Shrimp in pan with butter until they are pink approximately 5-8 minutes.
4. Let the shrimp cool down and set aside.
5. Mix together:
Mayo
Sour cream
Dill
All spices listed
1cup Parmesan
1cup Mozzarella
Green onions
6. Add in the cooked shrimp and can of lump crab.
7. Spoon mixture over each baguette slice in a pan.
8. Top each piece with Parmesan mozzarella Paprika and chives/ parsley if preferred.
9. Place in oven at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
