You guys know me, anything Nando’s related is my FAVE… especially if there’s halloumi involved😮💨 these were also superrrr easy to make and delish too! ⁣

Ingredients to serve 2: ⁣

400g chicken breast ⁣

120g lighter halloumi⁣

30g Nandos garlic peri peri sauce ⁣

1/2tsp garlic puree ⁣

Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt & peri peri seasoning ⁣

Optional: 30g perinaise & 30g chilli jam ⁣

chop up the chicken breast and halloumi into chunks ⁣

Instructions

add to a bowl along with the peri peri sauce, garlic puree, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt & peri peri seasoning ⁣

mix together and then thread onto skewers, air fry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees anddd that’s it!! Top with the perinaise and sweet chilli jam if using! ⁣

I served mine with some @tilda peri peri rice and rocket! Calories are just for the 4 skewers per portion! ⁣
