Easy Chicken Casserole

Stove top stuffing, medium or large can
Frozen broccoli or peas, slightly defrosted
Cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
Sauce:
1 pint of sour cream
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (Mix in with sauce, reserve just a little to sprinkle on top) Can add milk or water if sauce is too thick
Instructions
The measurements vary depending on how many people you are serving, in a casserole dish layer; stuffing, broccoli or peas, and chicken. Spread sauce over the top. Then top with a little cheese to garnish. Bake at 350°F for 15 min., or until hot.
