Jamaican Citrus Dressing

Ingrédients

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 tablespoon jerk seasoning

1 tablespoon onion, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 oz olive oil

2 oz red wine vinegar

2 oz chicken stock

2 oz grapefruit juice

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and emulsified
