10 oz andouille sausage (or smoked sausage)
1lb chicken cubes
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic
14 oz crushed tomato
salt, pepper, cajun seasoning
1/8 tsp cayenne powder (or more to taste)
2tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups uncooked minute rice
3 cups chicken broth
Instructions
* brown the sausage and chicken in oil (separately) and remove from pan.
* saute onion and peppers until onion is clear. add garlic after
* add tomatoes, seasonings, chicken, and sausage into the pan. cook for 5 minutes
* add rice and broth and cook until rice is done.
