Easy healthy fudgy brownies make with 3 simple ingredients you probably already have on handđđ»
Recipe:
3 large ripe bananas, (the riper the bananas the sweeter they taste)
1/2 cup nut butter, I used almond butter
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
handful of dark chocolate chips (optional but encouraged)
How to:
Instructions
preheat oven to 350F and line a square baking dish with parchment paper
to a large bowl, first add bananas and mash them, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms
pour batter into the lined dish, top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 23-25min or until a toothpick comes out clean
let brownies cool for a few minutes before cutting into them
store leftovers in fridge for up to 5 days
