Ingrédients

1 lb ground lamb

3 brioche buns

Instructions

⅓ lb of ground lamb apiece

Press thumb into middle of patty

Freeze for 40 minutes

Put on grill indentation side down first

Sprinkle up side with mixture of 50% berebere, 20% salt, 25% cumin, 5% cinnamon

Flip and sprinkle other side

Topping suggestions:

  • Feta or goat cheese

  • Tzatziki

  • Pickled red onions

  • Tomato

  • Roasted bell peppers
