Bulgarian Soup

1 pound ground beef
1 cup of rice cook
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Paprika
Flour
1 quart water
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 can of tomatoes
Hot peppers
2 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Combine the beef, cooked rice, salt and pepper, parsley, and paprika. Roll meat into balls and roll into flour.
Put one quart of water in a pan. Add chopped vegetables and can of tomatoes. After soup boils for half an hour, drop meatballs in.
Mix some hot peppers, two eggs, and juice of a lemon all together and add to soup.
