Instructions
Boil 65g of dry pasta for 8-10 minutes.
in another pan add half an onion, chicken and chilli/Cajun/salt/pepper
once cooked, add the milk and 1/4 of a cup of water. Stir at a low temp until the liquid condenses slightly. Add in 15g of eat lean cheese (low fat/protein cheese) and 20g of mozzarella cheese and the pasta. stir on a low heat until the sauce thickens
top with basil and chilli (optional)
